How does our SMS service work?

  • Beginning with a free consultation, Safety Standup will select or create a program that works best for your situation. We work with all SMS online platforms and any SMS manual, we do not require or suggest you change any of your current processes. However, if you are seeking to get an SMS online platform, we can help you select one. Send us a copy of your SMS Manual, if you have one.

  • We assign you a Safety Specialist (a real person, not software). All Safety Specialists receive advanced SMS training and have practical SMS administrative experience. Most importantly, they have received our own Safety Standup intensive training in providing the best in safety management and customer service. If you have an SMS platform, you provide us a log-in account. If you need an SMS online platform, we help you select one. We review all of your information and manuals. Together, we meet and make a plan to get you on track.

  • We communicate with you remotely via phone, email, and live web-meeting. We will come onsite as you request (for an additional fee).

    We will meet on the phone or live web-meeting on a regular basis depending upon the level of your Safety Reporting requirements. We will discuss critical Safety Issues immediately with regular email communications for follow-up. We will hold a Safety Meeting every 3 months, or more frequently if you require.

  • We are available remotely for any audits of the SMS documentation. We will come onsite as you request (for an additional fee).

  • A confidentiality agreement with Safety Standup is part of our enrollment process.
    The data on your SMS online platform is as per the user agreement with the platform provider. We do not own any of your information and will return it to you any time as you request.
